When you call Drainage Emergency on 01332 215521, you speak to someone who knows drains. They will tell you what the problem usually is. They will also tell you whether it is your drain or Severn Trent’s, and what happens next. For most blockages we quote before starting work, with no hidden fees, and for quotes below £2,000 you only pay on completion. For repairs, a closed-circuit television (CCTV) survey comes first so the quote is for the fault we have actually seen.
Quote, payments & finance
We will email or Hand you a quotation and it will be valid for 3 months. If you choose to proceed, call us on 01332 215521 so we can schedule the work at a convenient time. We give you an estimated timeline for every installation. You are kept up to date throughout.

We offer finance on many types of work so you can spread the payment. It is a useful option when the work is urgent and unplanned.
How we work
Customers need to know what they will be billed. So we always give a written quote with a fixed price. Your home is left clean when we finish. Work areas are vacuumed and everything else is cleared up. We leave a job tidier than we found it.
